Brand Manager – Talent Solutions 

Attention Talent have been engaged by a global, publicly listed company, seeking an experienced and creative Brand Manager drive their flagship Talent Solutions & Statement of Work offering, and deliver marketing and communications campaigns that keep target audiences engaged with the business. 

Located in Hampshire and London, this remote/hybrid working role is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to build a brand with enormous growth potential. 


Overview of duties will include: 

  • Strategically plan and implement marketing and communications campaigns that are tailored to the campaign’s goals and target audiences
  • Perform competitor and market analysis on a regular basis
  • Work with internal Marketing, Sales & Operations functions to develop ideas and concepts for your marketing and communications activities 
  • Conduct in-depth research and develop actionable ideas to help key representatives establish themselves as authorities in their fields
  • Make sure budgets remain on track with spending and track return on investment 
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues by creating whitepapers and other forms of content such as articles and social media posts as well as briefing documents to be used in speaking engagement
  • Scanning the talent solutions scene as an effective method of gathering and disseminating market intelligence for use in external communications
  • Assist in managing company websites and landing pages
  • Organise and maintain marketing support materials, such as business development presentations, capability documents, and market research reports.
  • Maintaining and cultivating story ideas from all corners of the company is a primary responsibility of this position
  • Identify potential events (conferences and exhibitions) to raise brand awareness and promote talent solutions services 
  • Support with client sponsorships and events
  • Create and maintain an annual calendar of events that includes HR forums, roundtables, and industry expositions
  • Produce monthly marketing reports, as well as client reporting


Successful applicants will have the following combination of education, training, and work experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or an equivalent
  • Extensive B2B marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Good analytical, numeracy, and reporting skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns with a focus on return on investment
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently present to senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Copywriting, proofreading, and editing experience are a must for this role


Although our client operate a hybrid working policy that typically requires colleagues to work from the office up to two days a week, they are open to full remote working or even working exclusively in the office. Ad hoc travel to client sites is a requirement of this position, which also supports a flexible working policy.
