Biotech Executive Search Business | Permanent

Leeds City Centre | Full Time (Ideally 3/4 days in the office) | £25k – £35k per annum dependant on experience + Benefits & Rewards

 

Attention Talent have been exclusively engaged by a rapidly expanding, executive search firm that specialises in finding top-tier leaders for innovative biotech companies, to help them appoint an experienced Marketing Executive/Lead to support them on the next stage of their expansion journey.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for all day-to-day marketing activities and supporting the goals of the sales team and wider organisation through production of sales collateral and web content and managing the brand’s presence on online channels including social media.

 

Taking overall responsibility for the marketing function, the core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Develop a responsive, marketing strategy across all marketing channels
  • Managing the companysocial media platforms and creating a wide variety of engaging social content
  • Contributing to theproduction of blogs and long-form content with SEO best practice in mind, and contributing ideas to the quarterly content calendar
  • Creating content incollaboration with the sales teams including case studies, thought-leadership content, articles and market insights reports
  • Supporting the leadership team with developing an authentic employer brand and contributing ideas that willhelp in attracting talent to join the business
  • Supporting the sales teamby creating and maintaining sales collateral, including presentations and brochures
  • Communicating projects andcampaigns internally
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop their personal brands and demonstrate their knowledge and expertise of the biotech talent scene
  • Supporting the managing director with ad-hoc duties as they arise
  • Scheduling content usingour social scheduling tool and, on the website
  • Administration andmaintenance of the company website
  • Producing assets andcollateral on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, PowerPoint and other creative software
  • Reporting on the successof social media activity and web campaigns using Google Analytics and native social analytics tools
  • Researching and reviewing new technologiesand keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Creating and deliveringemail marketing campaigns targeted at both clients and candidates
  • Supporting the managing director with ad-hoc duties as they arise

Knowledge, Skills & Ability:

  • Digital marketing experience, ideally in a recruitment environment, but will consider B2B/sales too
  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing principles
  • A passion for writing; content production/blogging/social posting – a journalistic approach
  • Experience developing social media channels – Primarily LinkedIn
  • Design skills: Adobe Creative suite, Canva etc.
  • Ability to manage projects, work to defined objectives and time-plan accordingly
  • Research strengths; keen to seek out, obtain and learn new information
  • High attention to detail – appreciation for accuracy and quality
